How it's built
- Built only on native Intl APIs (PluralRules, RelativeTimeFormat, NumberFormat, DateTimeFormat).
- Layout uses margin-inline/padding-inline everywhere, so RTL is just dir=rtl.
Hand-built in React 19 + TypeScript, with no UI or chart libraries.
